Terms and Conditions
This document applies to the Synzo / Shopyzo Platform operated by Synzo Technologies ("Synzo", "we", "us") through the Shopyzo platform and related mobile applications distributed on Google Play and other channels in India.
Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Synzo / Shopyzo Platform provided by Synzo Technologies through the Shopyzo platform in India. By creating an account, downloading our app from Google Play, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. Users must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state.
Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify support@synzo.in immediately of unauthorised access. Synzo may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our Acceptable Use Policy.
We may require KYC verification (PAN, GSTIN, bank details) for vendors, delivery partners, and certain financial features to comply with RBI and marketplace regulations.
Permitted Use and Restrictions
You may use the Synzo / Shopyzo Platform only for lawful purposes related to commerce, logistics, or authorised business operations. You must not: upload malware or interfere with platform security; list prohibited or counterfeit goods; manipulate reviews or ratings; scrape data without permission; harass other users; or circumvent fees or geographic restrictions.
Synzo reserves the right to remove content, withhold settlements, or report illegal activity to authorities.
Orders, Payments, and Fees
Marketplace orders are contracts between buyers and vendors; Synzo facilitates the platform and payment routing. Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and availability are displayed at checkout. Payment processing is handled by licensed partners; Synzo does not store full card numbers on its servers.
Platform fees, commissions, and subscription charges for the Synzo / Shopyzo Platform are disclosed during onboarding or in your merchant dashboard. Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in service suspension.
Intellectual Property
Synzo, Shopyzo, logos, software, and documentation are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service. User-generated content remains yours, but you grant Synzo a worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute it as needed to operate the platform.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Synzo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Synzo / Shopyzo Platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Synzo in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including consumer protection statutes).
The service is provided "as is" with commercially reasonable uptime targets; scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 to approach appropriate consumer forums. We encourage resolution through support@synzo.in before formal proceedings.

Please include your registered email or mobile number and the app division you use (e.g., Customer App, Vendor Portal). We respond to verified requests within statutory timelines under applicable Indian law.
For grievances related to e-commerce transactions, you may also refer to our Grievance Redressal mechanism published on the Shopyzo website.
Policy Updates
We may update this document to reflect changes in law, product features, or security practices. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notices, email (where provided), or an updated effective date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where your explicit consent is required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
